Deadline Approaching for Visa/Mastercard Settlement – Partner with MCAG

MCAG, a HASC Endorsed Business Partner, has been closely monitoring the proceedings related to the Visa/Mastercard Interchange Fee Class Action Settlement (Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litigation, MDL No. 1720). The lawsuit states that merchants paid more fees than they should have for accepting Visa and Mastercard payments from consumers.
