With more than 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Magalong brings a deep understanding of patient care and healthcare operations. Her career spans multiple levels of treatment and care settings. Prior to assuming her current role, she served as a licensed therapist, clinical director and chief operating officer . This diverse background allows her to lead with both clinical insight and operational discipline.
