Conference Details
HASC Hospital/Health System Member: $795by January 30, 2026; $945after January 30.
For every five attendees registering together from the same hospital or system headquarters, the fifth registration will be complimentary. Call (213) 538-0737 to register your team with this discount.
HASC Member Guest: $395 for spouse or adult family member (limit one guest per registrant). Includes all hosted meals and general sessions.
HASC Associate Member: $895by January 30, 2026; $1,095 after January 30.
HASC Associate Member Guest: $495 for spouse or adult family member (limit one guest per registrant). Includes all hosted meals and general sessions.

HASC has arranged a special Annual Meeting rate of $395 per night (single or double occupancy) plus other applicable fees and taxes. The resort fee has been waived for our discounted room block. Our room block expires on March 30, 2026, or sooner if sold out.
Cancellations within seven days of the check-in date will not receive a refund. If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please call HASC first at (213) 538-0715 so we can find a replacement guest. If you arrive late or leave early, the resort will charge your credit card for the total number of nights reserved.
Group Registration

Cancellations
Meeting cancellations received in writing by March 30, 2026, will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee. We welcome substitutions. Meeting refunds will not be granted after March 30 or for no-shows.
Competing Events
Annual Meeting attendees may not plan competing hospitality or other events during conference hours without specific permission from HASC. Planning such an event without permission will result in cancellation of your event and loss of any food and beverage deposits. Companies that break this rule will not be invited to future events. Competing times are Monday, April 20, 2 to 9 p.m.; Tuesday, April 21, 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.; and Wednesday, April 22, 7 a.m. to noon.

Health and Safety
For everyone’s safety, HASC requires that all attendees — members, guests, speakers, sponsors and staff — be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. All Annual Meeting events will be subject to the guidance of state and local boards of health and public health standards.
