Settlement Updates

  • Discover Merchant Settlement: The filing deadline for the Discover Merchant Settlement passed on May 18, 2026. The settlement administrator is currently reviewing timely submissions.
  • Visa/Mastercard Settlement: Initial payments have begun for a small subset of class members; additional distributions are expected once outstanding claims are resolved.
  • BCBS Subscriber Settlement: Initial payments expected to begin May 2026.
  • BCBS Provider Settlement: Claims are under review; timeline for distribution is still pending.
