Conference Fee
Members-only Early Bird: $399* *Early bird pricing expires January 25, 2027.
Members: $499
Members are HASC member hospitals. Education programs and publications are a membership benefit and are not available to eligible non-member California hospitals.
Cancellation Policy
A $75 non-refundable processing fee will be retained for each cancellation. Cancellations must be made in writing seven or more days prior to the scheduled event and emailed to [email protected]. No refunds will be given after these dates. Substitutions are encouraged. Cancellation and substitution notification may be emailed to [email protected]. In the unlikely event that the program is cancelled, refunds will be issued to paid registrants within 30 days.
Confirmations
A confirmation will be sent to all registrants. On-site registrations and any unpaid registrations may be subject to an additional 10% fee.

Please note: When receiving the attendee list, you’ll notice email addresses aren’t included due to privacy guidelines — but don’t let that stop you! Make your on-site presence count: connect and engage with attendees, and create opportunities to exchange contact information directly with them.
Terms and Conditions:
Application: HASC reserves the right to accept or decline any application for sponsorship. Submission of an application does not constitute acceptance until confirmed by HASC. Once accepted, the Sponsorship Agreement constitutes a binding contract between HASC and the Sponsor.
Use of Branding Materials: Subject to the terms of the Sponsorship Agreement, the Sponsor grants HASC permission to use the Sponsor’s name, logo likeness, and other approved branding materials solely for the purpose of reasonably promoting, marketing and advertising the Sponsor’s participation in the Event. HASC will use the Sponsor’s branding in a manner consistent with the Sponsor’s participation and the promotional purposes of the Event.
Sponsorship Fees and Payment Terms: If approved, payment is due in accordance with the terms outlined in the Sponsorship Agreement. Payment instructions will be provided on the invoice. Accepted payment methods include credit card, check and ACH. If any amounts due under the Sponsorship Agreement are not received by the applicable payment deadline, HASC reserves the right to cancel the Sponsor’s participation and sponsorship status.
