- HASC Hospital/Health System Member: $795 by January 31, 2025; $945 after January 31.
- For every five attendees registering together from the same hospital or system headquarters, the fifth registration will be complimentary. Call (213) 538-0737 to register your team with this discount.
- HASC Member Guest: $395 for spouse or adult family member (limit one guest per registrant). Includes all hosted meals and general sessions.
- HASC Associate Member: $1,095
- HASC Associate Member Guest: $495 for spouse or adult family member (limit one guest per registrant). Includes all hosted meals and general sessions.

HASC has arranged a special Annual Meeting rate of $349 per night (single or double occupancy), plus a discounted resort fee of $20.00 and other applicable fees and taxes. Our room block expires on April 1, 2025, or sooner if sold out.
You can also book your room on the Annual Meeting registration page (coming soon) when you sign up for the conference.
Cancellations within seven days of the check-in date will not receive a refund. If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please call HASC first at (213) 538-0737 so we can find a replacement guest. If you arrive late or leave early, the resort will charge your credit card for the total number of nights reserved.
