April Hansen, MSN, RN

April Hansen, MSN, RN, serves as chief executive officer of Barton Associates, the sixth-largest physician staffing company in the U.S. Previously, Hansen was group president, workforce solutions at Aya Healthcare, where she achieved record-setting 27x growth in just six years through digital transformation.

Her career has taken her from nurse to serial entrepreneur to executive and noted business and personal growth expert. A Top 100 Workforce Leader and TEDx speaker, Hansen has appeared in news outlets including the New York Times, The Washington Post, Forbes’ 40 Under 40, CBS and CNBC.

Hansen motivates leaders and teams to infuse adaptability into their core, driving growth, innovation and change. Her Growth Game PlanTM framework offers insights, practical tools and resources to help leaders learn to adapt and innovate to meet modern business and personal challenges.

Geeta Nayyar, MD, MBA

Geeta Nayyar, MD, MBA, is a rheumatologist, globally recognized chief medical officer, technologist and bestselling author. “Dr. G” helps leaders leverage a human approach to innovation, including rapid advances in artificial intelligence, to achieve better health and business outcomes.

A sought-after speaker and author of the Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestseller Dead Wrong: Diagnosing and Treating Healthcare’s Misinformation Illness, Dr. Nayyar has appeared on CNBC, CNN, Fox News, ABC News and other media outlets. She has served as chief medical officer for Salesforce and AT&T, among other executive roles.

Dr. Nayyar currently sits on the board of the American Telemedicine Association and serves as an advisor to the American Medical Association. She earned her medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, which she entered as an accelerated student at age 17, and her MBA from George Washington University School of Business.

Andrew Busch

Andrew Busch is an economic futurist and the former first chief market intelligence officer for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). There, Busch’s job was to enhance the government’s understanding of the markets and economy. He condensed news and data into easily understood research for the government and public, and gave briefings to the White House, Congress and other departments.

Earlier, Busch served as CEO and founder of BPI, a financial markets and policy firm, and as global currency and public policy strategist for the Bank of Montreal. He authored the book World Event Trading, which studies crises such as war and disease outbreaks and their impact on the economy and markets.
