Nominate a Hero for the 2025 Awards

If you work with or have met a rock star hospital employee in Southern California, nominate them for the 2025 My SoCal Hospital Heroes Awards! The awards highlight outstanding staff at HASC member hospitals in LA, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.

Use the green button to visit our nomination site, create a login and submit your hero’s name and information. Tell us in detail who they are, what makes them remarkable and how they go above and beyond in their work, day after day. Heroes can work in any hospital role — clinical care, laboratory, food service, administration or volunteer staff all qualify.

These health care stars will be honored at the annual My SoCal Hospital Heroes Awards Gala. This year’s event is set for Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025, in downtown Los Angeles. Details will be posted in the coming months.
