Thank you to all who are planning to attend the 2023 HASC Annual Meeting! We’re excited to see you May 17 to 19 at the JW Marriott Desert Springs, Palm Desert. A packed agenda, with learning sessions, networking and social events, awaits, and we hope you’ll find the event informative and enjoyable.
Here are a few tips to help you get the most from your time at the meeting:

- Breakout sessions are scheduled for Thursday afternoon, May 18. View the session topics and speakers here.
- American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Face-to-Face education credits are available for the session “Applying Design Thinking to Health Care’s Greatest Challenges,” taking place from 12:30 to 3:15 p.m. To be eligible for Face-to-Face credits and access the program, you must register on the ACHE website. You can sign up for the session anytime through May 18 (find step-by-step instructions here). - In honor of HASC’s 100th year, our May 18 Strolling Dinner and Sponsor Exhibit will take us back to the Roaring 20s. We’ll enjoy delicious food, bootleg beverages, table games and fun surprises. Wear your best Gatsby-style attire (prizes will be awarded) and visit our sponsors to earn “money” for the games!
- The Annual Meeting app will be available soon on the Apple App Store and Google Play — we’ll email you when it’s ready. We encourage you to download the app and use it throughout the meeting to create a personalized schedule, receive event reminders and stay informed on updates. Tech support staff will be on site to assist you.
