HASC just learned that a company called Elite Housing Solutions has contacted 2024 Annual Meeting attendees to offer hotel rooms at a reduced rate. Please note: This company is not affiliated with HASC or the Annual Meeting in any way. HASC is the only company that will contact you about hotel rooms.
If someone other than HASC staff contacts you — including anyone claiming to work for the Park Hyatt Aviara — do not give them your credit card information. If you’ve already given information to Elite Housing Solutions or another third-party company, call your credit card company right away to tell them the charge was fraudulent. Also, please let HASC know for our records.
