HealthImpact is recruiting Southern California health systems to enroll nurses into Cohort 4 of the California Registered Nurse Ambulatory Specialty Transition-to-Practice/Apprenticeship Program.
A longtime HASC partner, HealthImpact is a state-designated nursing workforce center committed to helping solve the critical nurse shortage. This eight-month program, designed as a workforce solution, helps health systems upskill and retain registered nurses (RNs) for ambulatory specialty practice while strengthening the capacity of participating clinics.
Nurse apprentices complete 1,260 hours of employer-paid, on-the-job training and 200 hours of supplemental instruction grounded in ambulatory nursing standards.
