This innovative program offers greater control over staffing costs while ensuring access to high-quality contingent staff at a lower markup than traditional agency rates.
Program Overview
SoCal Works is branded and marketed by HASC and managed in partnership with Healthcare Workforce Logistics (HWL), a leading provider of contingent workforce management solutions. Through this collaboration, HASC members can enjoy the benefits of a dedicated temporary staffing program—without the need to establish and manage a full-scale operation. HWL will facilitate W-2 employment for contingent staff through a third-party employer of record (EOR), ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
