Building an In-house Training Program - MedCerts webinar

Healthcare organizations are under increasing pressure to fill critical roles, reduce reliance on costly agency staffing and improve patient outcomes — all while navigating ongoing workforce shortages. In this session, you’ll explore how leading health systems are building sustainable, in-house training programs that strengthen talent pipelines from within while accelerating time-to-productivity and reducing labor costs.

You’ll learn how MedCerts partners with healthcare employers to design flexible, scalable training models that align with their workforce needs, from upskilling current employees to launching train-to-hire and apprenticeship pathways. We’ll walk through how to evaluate your workforce gaps, quantify ROI and implement a program that drives measurable results in your retention, revenue and patient care.
