Associate Diverse Supplier

HASC offers the associate diverse supplier designation to micro businesses or very small business enterprises (VSBEs) that aim to serve hospitals and promote supplier diversity in the health care community. Business owners must identify with at least one of the communities below:

To become an associate diverse supplier, a business also must be independently owned and operated, and not dominant in its field. HASC especially welcomes economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs to apply.

Associate Diverse Supplier Benefits

This designation does not include advocacy services or representation on the HASC board.

Membership Dues

Annual dues are $750.

Application Process

The HASC Executive Committee will review applications and may request additional information or material. Applicants will be notified of membership effective date. Please email completed application forms to [email protected].

The purpose of the associate diverse supplier designation is to serve organizations that aim to do business with hospitals in the HASC region. Benefits include information services and networking opportunities. 

The granting of an associate diverse supplier designation does not in any way constitute or imply HASC’s endorsement of services and/or products. Use of the HASC logo or any statements of endorsement without consent will result in loss of affiliation and possible legal action.

This designation is limited to businesses not eligible for organizational or related membership.
