Overview

Workplace investigations are both an art and a science, requiring a blend of careful strategy and human connection. Please join Fisher Phillips attorneys David Amaya and Hannah Sweiss for an interactive and informative full-day training on addressing employee complaints through internal human resources investigations in the state of California.

From handling sensitive allegations to gathering and assessing evidence, you’ll learn step-by-step best practices to uncover the facts while maintaining employee trust. Hannah Sweiss

Hannah Sweiss, partner, Fisher Phillips

Hannah Sweiss is a partner in Fisher Phillips’s Woodland Hills and Los Angeles offices and co-chair of the firm’s California Class Action and PAGA Group and Healthcare Industry Group. Hannah represents and defends employers ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses. She has been lead counsel in numerous complex wage and hour class action lawsuits, as well as representative lawsuits brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Hannah also handles single plaintiff to multi-plaintiff actions with claims including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. CANCELLATION

  • Registration cancellations received in writing by Sept. 16, 2025, will be subject to a $50 processing fee.
  • We welcome substitutions.
  • Refunds will not be granted after Sept. 16 or for no-shows. Fees are not transferable to other programs.
