Eric Themm is founder and chief executive officer of Zephyr Healthcare Advisors, leading teams to help organizations reimagine and position themselves for a more viable future. He brings 35 years of experience advising health systems, hospitals, physician organizations and other public and nonprofit health care entities.
Themm has broad expertise in hospital performance improvement, strategy, transaction advisory, physician-hospital alignment, medical staff development, valuation/FMV/physician compensation, facility planning (inpatient and ambulatory), and board advisory and facilitation. He previously held senior positions with Vizient Inc, MDS Consulting and The Camden Group.
Corey Johnson is founder and and chief executive officer of CareEco, a Nashville-based health care technology company. CareEco focuses on the intersection of health care provider data and insurance data. The company’s proprietary AI engine reviews physician clinical notes with medical claims and payor contracts to ensure accurate billing for patients, providers and payors. CareEco licenses its technology to medical practices, hospitals and health systems across the U.S., identifying millions of dollars in annual savings and provides services to automatically recover the missing revenue.
Johnson oversees the firm’s global team and business operations, with employees across three countries and clients in the U.S. and Asia. Previously, he managed health care technology initiatives for Fresenius, a global dialysis provider, and later for HCA Healthcare.
