Initiatives include:
SoCal Works – A staffing program designed specifically for HASC members that enables hospitals to build a vetted pool of highly qualified candidates, reduce expenses and improve their bottom line.
HASC Workforce Development – A multi-pronged effort to support health care workforce needs in Southern California. The initiative focuses on areas with a shortage of trained and qualified employees.
