MCAG (Managed Care Advisory Group) logo

HASC has selected Managed Care Advisory Group (MCAG), an Endorsed Business Partner and experts in filing class action settlements, as your advocate. MCAG represents over 1,400 hospitals and has recovered class action funds for over 100 California hospitals. One thing that sets the company apart is its ability to leverage an exclusive database to pull together required claims data — even when limited information is available.

While MCAG is monitoring several class action settlements, the following significant opportunities have claim filing deadlines that are quickly approaching. The next filing deadline is June 13 — see below:

  • Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) Mitsubishi Settlement | $33 million | Filing deadline June 13, 2023
  • Tuna Commercial Indirect Settlement | $6.5 million | Filing deadline June 21, 2023
  • The Payment Card Interchange Fee Settlement | $5.54 billion | Filing deadline TBD
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation for Providers | Settlement fund TBD | Filing deadline TBD

HASC trusts MCAG, and so do over 290,000 firms who have chosen MCAG to file their settlement claims and recover their revenue so they can attend to the pressing demands of their business. MCAG’s service comes at no risk —the company only gets paid when they recover revenue for you.
