Webinar: Ambulatory Specialty RN TTP / Apprenticeship Program

November 19, 2026 | 11:00AM - 12:00PM PT

HASC is excited to partner with HealthImpact once again to support the Ambulatory Specialty Registered Nurse (RN) Transition-to-Practice/Apprenticeship Program.

Join our webinar to learn more about the program, explore potential benefits for your organization, and discover how this opportunity can help strengthen your ambulatory care workforce.

This eight-month, competency-based program is designed to support RNs who are new to nursing practice, or transitioning into a new specialty, as they navigate their first year in ambulatory care. Participants receive evidence-based supplemental instruction tailored to their specialty area, along with hands-on, on-the-job experience supported by an employer-provided mentor or preceptor.

Guided by national standards of practice and specialty-specific competencies, transition-to-practice programs have been shown to improve nurse retention, job satisfaction, and patient outcomes.

Who Should Attend?

Nursing, human resources, ambulatory care and clinical operations leaders in the Inland Empire are encouraged to attend and learn more about this special grant opportunity. The grant can help organizations support their current RNs or develop newly licensed RNs as candidates for employment in ambulatory care services.

For any questions, please contact Soyinka Allen, [email protected] or (213) 538-0722. We look forward to sharing more information and discussing how your organization can participate!
