Are you a health care manager who wants to reach your leadership potential in 2024? Learn about the LEAD Academy training experience in this free informational webinar.
LEAD Academy is an intensive, 12-module program that will empower you to better understand and use your strengths. Through immersive learning and tools, you’ll discover how to improve work relationships and become more effective in fostering excellent patient care, creating a safe patient environment and meeting business objectives.
The program provides a safe, interactive forum where you can practice newly learned skills and align work goals and actions to support your organization’s mission. You can also earn continuing education credits for most modules. The first 2024 cohort will take place on 12 Thursdays, March 7 through Aug. 1.
